Day 5: Kolkata to Ganga Sagar – Full-Day Pilgrimage Tour

Start early in the morning from your Kolkata hotel for the sacred Ganga Sagar Yatra.

Drive towards Lot No. 8 / Harwood Point, approximately 100–110 km from Kolkata.

From Lot No. 8, board the government ferry and cross the Muriganga River to Kachuberia. After reaching Kachuberia, continue by local vehicle towards Ganga Sagar.

Visit:

• Ganga Sagar Sangam

• Holy dip at the confluence of the River Ganga and the Bay of Bengal

• Kapil Muni Temple / Ashram

• Ganga Sagar Beach

After Puja and Darshan, begin the return journey to Kachuberia, cross the river by ferry, and continue by road to Kolkata.
